PSET Cloud Review: A Bridge Over Troubled Water

As part of my journey I have been selected to the PSET (Post School Education and Training) Cloud launch team.

At this point this project is about 4 years old and there has been a lot of work to get to this point.

In this #paper the PSET research team has provided 4 potential scenarios that could play out in SA that will impact the citizens of South Africa, which will also have an impact on the PSET system and data sharing opportunities.

This is the "Bridge Over Troubled Water" scenario, and how I have understood the scenario role out. Here is my view using two 2 different quadrants to explain my perceptive for this bridge.

Quadrant 1 defines the Following Citizens:

- Dazed and Confused Citizen

- Yes Boss Citizen

- ME ME ME Citizen

- Gig Economy Citizen

Quadrant 2 defined the follow types of PSET learners:

- WTF Learner

- Old Boyz Club Learner

- Conditioned Learner

- Gig Economic Learner
