Description
After assessing the Batch/Cohort of learners, you need to 1. create a closeout report and 2. send it to your programme administrator. This report details your findings, as an assessor, of how the assessment process went, and provides your client (the training provider) feedback on their assessment offering.

This report is submitted to your clients administrator who uses it to provide to the Internal Moderator to begin the moderation.
PROCESS​
Step 1: Create the report, Step 2: Download and complete, Step 3: Submit to your administrator.
STEP 1: Create the Report

Log into P4P.

Choose the programme that you want to create the report for.

Click on the orange button Generate Assessment.

On the right-hand panel under "Learner Reg - Cohort" choose the batch/cohort you want to create the report for.

In the same Panel is the list of Learners (only learners that are complete in the programme will be seen here. (green or red badge at the Programme Level)

You have a choice now

a. Select the specific learners that you want in the report for internal moderation. OR b. Choose the "select all" option.

Click the "Preview button" at the bottom of the page.
STEP 2: Download and complete -
Wait for the report to generate in your screen.

In the action bar above the client Logo, look for this image.

Scroll over and choose "Acrobat (PDF) File" option.

This will now download to your desktop.
STEP 3: Submit to your administrator. -
Complete and sign the PDF document.

Send to your Administrator.
