Post Assessment Discussion

This is the final step you should complete as a Learner/Candidate—You can providing feedback on your experience of the assessment process, as facilitated by the Learning Provider and Primary Assessor.
Ideally, this feedback should be completed in a live session with the assessor. However, due to time and operational constraints, this is not always possible. In such cases, the learner is required to complete the checklist independently. Only the learner is permitted to complete this checklist.​

This step takes place after the assessment to ensure the assessor's decision is not influenced. If you are unable to complete the checklist digitally, you may do so manually on paper and submit it to the Programme Administrator, Assessor, or Moderator for upload into your P4P ePortfolio folder on your behalf.
