Assign Evidence to Checkpoint

Description

To demonstrate your competence, you need to create a Portfolio of Evidence (P.O.E.).

This will be measured against the outcomes defined in your assessment criteria (I.e checkpoints). (Click here to See Conduct Self-Assessment)

It is important to show HOW your ePortfolio Evidence align with the checkpoints in the checklists.

PROCESS​

1. Login to P4P (app.p4p.co.za)

2. Upload an item into your ePortfolio folder. Click here to see how.

3. Make sure you NAME your evidence item so that it is easy to find. (See Image 4 below)

4. Click on the home button (top of your screen).

5. Choose the checklist which you want to assess, or, be assessed on.

6. Find the checkpoint, and in the Comments Area, add your comment - making sure you reference the name of the e-P.O.E. Item. (See Image 3 below).

7. Click Save and wait for feedback.
