What are your Assessors up to? THis week, Darryn shows you how to track your assessor actions: 1. Who is assessing your learners and HOW many learners are they assessing. Because if an assessor is expected to assess 1000 Portfolios, well, this is a huge challenge and is not inline with the principles of assessment. 2. When was the last date of assessment? This shows when the last assessment data was per learner and flags for you if it was longer than 30 days. This week Darryn reviews the Remedial Action tracking. He shows where is it demonstrated on the report, and how the assessor needs to capture it in P4P platform. In this week, Darryn discussed the second line of the dashboard. This is where the assessment progress of the learner is viewed. The 3 areas discussed are: 1. Programme achievement: The overall view of the learner's achievement on the programme/qualification (including program achievement, unit standard achievement, credit achievement, competence status, internal Moderation, and external verification. 2. Module achievement: The learners achievement per module of the programme/qualification as a percentage. 3. Module Status: The learners status (C, NYC, NC, etc) per module of the programme/qualification.

In this week, Darryn discussed the top line of the dashboard. the three options: 1. Programme details: All the information about the programme from the helicopter view. 2. Module Details: the achievement status of the batch/cohort per module 3. P4PConnect: the tracking of the contact center and whats app.
